A delicate perfume of romance
Once upon a time, in the Kingdom of the Punjab, a French general fell madly in love with a beautiful young princess named Bannu Pan Deï. In 1835, General Allard had this mansion built in the heart of Saint-Tropez to accommodate his exotic love and their five children. Today, this charming hotel still exudes a delicate perfume of romance. To make the most of the space (which is very valuable in Saint Tropez), the large existing swimming pool was fitted with a movable floor equipped with heavy slabs that can be arranged at a gentle gradient: the type of challenge we like. During the day, guests may therefore enjoy relaxing around the pool, immersed in a peace and quiet unexpected in the heart of the noisiest town on the Cote d'Azur. At night, a bar opens on the terrace and it becomes a meeting place at which to start a unique, stimulating unplanned or prearranged evening.
