Between the base and wall unit, the 45 cm deep extraction canopy shelf in stainless steel, made to measure and complete with 24 cm deep open-shelf unit, allows for various accessories to be added, together with a multiple-filter integrated hood and the possibility of external remote channelling. The Artusi stove, well-placed in the heart of the activity, is compact (180 x 105 x h. 99 cm h) and fully equipped, featuring professional burners with a power of 5 kW and cast-iron pan grates. The back of the stove has 35 cm deep open units. The cooktop is paired with the Arclinea-Scholtès 12 cm thick recessed worktop in stainless steel, which also features a welded deep sink, sliding chopping board and anti-drip edge. The Artusi handle is in stainless steel.
