Artusi is strength, rigour and design awareness. A project by Antonio Citterio that was the outcome of development and amplification of the innovative criteria of Italia, translating them into multi-purpose, independent, ergonomic steel units. Resolute and powerful yet extremely flexible, Artusi offers complete freedom for personalised home kitchen layout and design. Wood, lacquers and laminates join forces with steel to give a wide range of personal solutions. Artusi has been modernised over the years, leading it to become the highest example today of the professional kitchen specifically for the home. Artusi Outdoor is a tangible kitchen design solution specific for outdoor areas. A project born out of the use of technological materials and details that enable excellent resistance to humidity and good heat insulation: from AISI 316 stainless steel to the 4 cm thick door with built-in insulation and magnetic seal to protect insides from infiltration and insects, to carcasses in Okoumé marine ply to the heat-insulated unit with deep internal drawers for keeping food and drinks hot or cold. The built-in BBQ/barbecue hob is connected to a dedicated gas bottle space complete with air grille. Artusi Gourmet Hood, in stainless steel, measures 120, 180 and 240 cm, 54 cm deep. In extraction or filter version, the latter also available with professional active carbon filters. Artusi Outdoor in the wall version. It is available in lengths from 120 cm to 300 cm, 70 cm wide.
