☼ How do I install the products? Easy! Only 1, 2, 3 or 4 foundations are required for each piece of equipment or furniture. Instructions for assembly and maintenance will be attached to the order.
☼ Can I get the drawings in DWG format? Download them from the internet.
☼ What is the safety distance required? In accordance with European safety norms EN 1176:2008, there must be a minimumof 1.5 safety zone around each piece of equipment in the playground area.
☼ 6-12 weeks’ delivery time depending on the quantity and colour choices in the same order. Delivery ex works.
☼ 15 years warranty for metallic parts in accordance with ARTOTEC’s policy. Material and finish recommendations and maintenance instructions will be supplied with the order.
