This device is designed for catching oil and grease, that contains wastewater from kitchens, food-processing operations, meat-processing operations, etc. It catches and separates the grease as prevention from silting and blockage of the sewerage system. The wastewater from toilets and bathrooms cannot be drawn into the grease trap. Basic technological parameters of the grease traps are designed in accordance with German DIN 4040, Austrian ÖNORM B 5103 and with prEN 1825-1 Traps, part 1.
