Constructed of 16 gauge stainless steel and 4" swivel casters, Baxter's oven racks are offered with spacing between pan slides from 2.5" to 7.5". The 69.8" rack height is compatible with any roll-in retarder with a standard 70" door height as well as all Baxter Proofing Cabinets and Retarder/Proofers.
