The new easy-to-use Smart Touch Control enhances operational productivity with energy usage monitoring and recipe management. An auto/set back mode conserves energy - after 90 minutes of inactivity, the oven will automatically reset to 250˚F. This feature is customizable to maximize your energy savings.
