Description

The Hypostila shelving was designed in 1979 by Lluis Clotet and Oscar Tusquets to support important amounts of weights on minimum profiles, reaching an infinity of lengths and planifications. It is constructed using extruded aluminium profiles where varius elements are joined together using pieces that work on the principle of expansion. The shelves can be put in any position. Golden and Opinion Delta Award 1980 winner. Shelves and vertical supports in extruded aluminium, brushed and anodised silver. Fixing metalwork in zinced iron. Feet in cast aluminum anodised silver. Screws in stainless steel.
