The Beech Churrasco recreates the flavour of traditional Brazilian cooking. The magic of the churrasco lies in the special technique of cooking skewered meats over live coals, fire pit or radiant gas burners. We have applied our extensive experience in re-engineering traditional cooking techniques to bring this culinary style into the modern display kitchen. Beech's unmatched high performance standards together with our unique ability to custom design have been applied to create the churrasco.

The cooking process involves a mechanical rotation of a series of swords over a bed of hot coals or gas burners. The intense temperature from the lower heat zone results in meat that cooks evenly and is tender and tasty as it slowly bastes in its own juices. Larger pieces of meat can be removed and carved several times during the cooking process depending on the chef's cooking method.
