Aluminum construction with three heavy duty, 14 gauge stainless steel (270° swing) hinges. 30” long, stainless steel gravity latch with padlock position. Interlocking extruded panels form easy-to-clean sides. Pan support positions available on 1½” or 1” spacing. Front and rear tie bars reinforce cabinet, and front tie bar functions as a handle when door is latched in open position. Cabinet top is reinforced with one-piece extruded aluminum bumper. Card holder mounted above door for easy visibility
