Moveable isle ways in this high density storage solution are accessed by simply turning the crank lever at the end of each carriage. Carriage wheels and rails are precision machined and allow the isle ways to be moved almost effortlessly using the Spacesaver patented mechanical assist gearing system. Even with very large shelving loads, the carriages can be moved with just fingertip pressure on the crank handles. Immediate stop safety features are built in to these systems to provide superior safety attributes.
