Description

Formwork blocks in wood-cement conglomerate for eco-sustainable masonry, able to guarantee excellent performance in the field of thermal insulation, as well as high acoustic insulation, anti-seismic, eco-sustainable, fire-resistant, light, for quick and economical installation. The blocks contain EPS insulation in BASF’s Neopor® BMBcertTM graphite or cork. Since 2022 there are 2 lines of eco-sustainable products: – Isotex Total Green with 100% recycled insulation (made of Neopor® BMBcertTM by BASF) – Isotex Green with 10% recycled insulation (made of Neopor® BMBcertTM by BASF) All Isotex®products have obtained CE marking and all certifications in compliance with current regulations. The cement-bonded wood fibre blocks are laid dry, thereby eliminating the various drawbacks of mortar, and subsequently filled with concrete with horizontal and vertical reinforcing rods to create a sound high load bearing structure. These structural characteristics allow use in first and second category seismic areas. CONCERNING TO THE MARKETS, HAVING DIFFERENT REGULATIONS (AS MINIMUM THICKNESS OF CONCRETE 12 CM), IT IS INTENDED TO INCREASE THE THICKNESS OF 3 CM MORE OF INSULATION WITH BASF-NEOPOR® GRAPHITE.
