Water-thinnable, polyurethane-acrylic based priming varnish for wood and primed substrates. Easy to sandpaper. For exterior and interior use. Field of Application For intermediate coats with filling capacity and a good flow on dimensionally stable wooden parts, primed metals, filler-treated and sandpapered surfaces and adherent, sound existing coatings of paints and enamels before applying Capacryl PU-Gloss/ Capacryl PU-Satin or Capalac Aqua PU-Alkyd enamels. Material Properties Water-thinnable (dilutable with tap water). Low odour. Easy and elegant application. High opacity (hiding/covering power). Easy to sandpaper, comparable with an alkyd resin priming varnish. Diffusion-capable. Good filling properties. Promotes the adhesion of subsequent finishing. Quick-drying. Suitable for children toys according to DIN EN 71-3. Recoatable with water-thinnable acrylic and alkyd resin enamels and with solvent-based alkyd resin enamels.
