The Girton 50-Gallon Product Cooler is designed to supply a 35-40º
F water bath for cooling 50 gallons of product from 180ºF to 40º F.
The product cooler is equipped with special water piping designed
to provide turbulent flow throughout the cooler. The turbulent flow
provides full agitation to keep plastic product casings separated and
in motion to provide the most optimum rapid cooling possible.
