304 grade stainless steel (interior and exterior) modular blast chillers for high output food processing kitchens. The rooms come equipped with an easy to operate customised master board and temperature probe (heated on freezer models) as standard. The rooms also feature fitted locks and are suitable for use in ambient temperatures up to +43C. The floors of the rooms can be recessed or floorless models are also available.
