LEED RATING SYSTEM Leed standards (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) are eco-sustainable building parameters developed by the Green Building Council in the US and applied in 40 countries in the world. It is a voluntary certification system based on the allocation of points for every eco-sustainable requisite of a building. By adding up the points awarded, a total points rating is obtained. Construction using Ecoliving means being awarded LEED points which can prove of vital importance in eco-sustainable architectural projects.
