LFM 701 MONO illuminator uses ultra-bright Power LED diodes (LED - Light Emitting Diode) as a light source. With typical consumption of 18W at least 6x more efficient as 120W halogen bulb that is normally used for this purpose. This means at least 6x longer battery operation before discharge.
