CGL Systems are market leaders in the design and manufacture of industrial and commercial secret (internal) gutter systems. In 1980, the oil crisis precipitated a demand for more thermally-efficient cladding systems and components and CGL reacted by inventing and patenting insulated membrane-lined gutter systems. These products have evolved over the years to provide a sophisticated range of gutters which can meet specifier and contractor needs structurally, hydraulically, thermally and, more recently, in the aspect of heat loss at the interface with varying roof systems. Recently amended Building Regulations are driving greater product improvements to deal with heat loss and CO2 emissions and CGL Systems has responded to these demands via continuous product improvement.
