Modular commercial kitchen for large catering needs
PRO 1000

This range features modules manufactured to regularly produce large quantities: up to 260 litres for the boiling pans and 80 dm² for the sauteuses. It is the only unit to supply 15 kW of power from the open burners. As optional extras, certain units can be fitted with sophisticated systems (presence detectors on radiant rings, auto-lifting bains-marie). Capacity, power and safety are particularly combined in the dual deep fryers - two safe, easy-to-operate fryers producing up to 180 kg of French fries per hour.
