Practical features include high pressure burners which are unaffected by wind and legs which resist sinking into soft earth, then fold to protect the control valves enabling storage upright on end. No dismantling is necessary for cleaning, just cover with a baking tray or even aluminium foil and leave the barbecue on full power for 10 to 15 minutes. All the cooking debris is burnt off to a fine ash. Just brush the grill top with a wire brush, wipe down and put away.
