Eileen Gray not only created some of the most important 20th century furniture classics but also had her own studio where rugs were produced according to her designs. Some of her most beautiful patterns are now again available: masterpieces of abstract textile art of 100 % pure new wool, natural vegetable dye, hand-woven and processed to the highest quality with a density of 80 knots per square inch. Kilkenny is a reminiscence by Eileen Gray on the green of her Irish homeland. Rug made of 100% hand-spun New Zealand virgin wool. Hand-woven with 80 knots per square inch (6.45cm²). Environmentally friendly colour pigments, tested according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. Low-maintenance, suitable for vacuum cleaners. Available in standard sizes 235 x 201 cm or 300 x 250 cm. Customized sizes upon request. Dimensional tolerances of +/- 5cm are possible.
