ELFOEnergy VULCAN Medium is a high temperature heat pump series representing a unique solution for heating, cooling and domestic hot water production for centralised systems, such as in blocks of apartments, hotels and for being used in collective applications in general.
This series present an important evolution with the following relevant technological advanced solutions :
DOUBLE A CLASS: Energy Efficiency A Class according to Eurovent, both for heating and cooling. Due to its high efficiency, VULCAN Medium may be eligible for heat pump subsidies in several countries. Please contact local tax office or utility for a precise information country by country.
HIGH WATER TEMPERATURE: It provides water at 60°C with outdoor air temperature of -10°C, the unit can work up to -18°C, for this reason it is suitable for all plant types including radiator systems.
SIMPLIFIED CENTRALIZED SYSTEM: The unit is a single generator for heating and cooling and in addition eliminates the risks and required maintenance costs associated to traditional combustion systems.
The units in the ELFOEnergy VULCAN Medium range can autonomously produce domestic hot water and are set up for being used in combination with solar panel storage tanks, thus enabling the direct use of solar energy.
