DMX splitter BID.O.S.

A powerful DMX repeater/opto isolator, uni (DMX512) and/or bidirectional (DMX512A) modes, suitable for distribution of DMX512 and DMX512A signal. BID.O.S is required for the construction of a DMX512A network, where the fixtures require bidirectional data with a controller or other peripheral device (such as DR 1, for example). If a standard DMX512 (unidirectional) splitter was used in a DMX512A network, it would interrupt the return communication from the fixtures or the peripheral device. BID.O.S can manage up to 2 DMX networks and can also be configured for traditional DMX512 networks. Available in two versions, 19” rack mount or truss mount.
