This unit CAVEà VIN/DISTRIBUTEUR of WINE to GLASS was carried out for a restaurant in seaside.
A whole of 2 large cellars
1 whole of 2 smaller cellars with worktop.
And dispenser of wine to glass above, of a capacity de18 bottles.
The unit having been realized to measures according to plans provided by the architect and decorator.
Each cellar is autonomous allowing of this fact a certain flexibility of adjustment of the temperatures according to the bottles stored in the respective cellars.

The DISPENSER of WINE to GLASS was designed to have 2 temperatures - 1 temperature for the red wines and 1 temperature for the white and rosy wines. The plungers are adjustable in height in order to empty the bottle in its totality. Taps - plungers and all brought back parts
are dismountable, for a fast and easy maintenance. This dispenser of wine to glass "COFRACRU" functions with a nitrogen system, making it possible to keep the wines in an optimal way during 3 weeks.
