WASSERLAC AL QUARZO is an emulsion paint for exterior use, featuring excellent outdoor resistance and resistance against pollutants, as well as good permeability. The acrylic resin making up the product gives it an extremely high resistance against washing and the alkaline environment typical of cement-based surfaces and plastering in general. the pigments and the quartz flour contained in the product make it particularly suitable for assuring good filling and levelling power on the surface. Once applied, the WASSERLAC AL QUARZO film has a mat and slightly coarse or slightly textured look. The painting system made up of WASSERLAC AL QUARZO, according to the Kunzle theory, proves to act as a preservative for buildings since it has a capillary water absorption W of less than 0.5 kg/m²h^0.5 and a vapour diffusion resistance Sd of less than 2 m .
