Coltlite is a natural glass louvred ventilator for installation into the façade for both
day to day and smoke ventilation. It is available in a wide range of sizes, louvre
options and control options. Its form and function make it particularly suited to
commercial buildings where both large areas of glass and high performance are
required. Natural ventilation can provide good indoor climate conditions and at the same
time promote energy efficiency. Coltlite is designed to naturally exhaust hot air at
high level or provide fresh air inlet at low level, and can be linked into a building’s
management system for automatic control.
When linked to a smoke control system, Coltlite becomes an effective smoke
extract ventilator. Coltlite can also be installed at low level to provide fresh air
inlet as part of a smoke control system.
The Coltlite features small sized louvres only project a small way into the surrounding space, avoiding clashes with blinds; multiple applications; lets in good quantities of natural daylight; excellent aerodynamic coefficient; slimline electric motor; narrow mullions; double glazed option; thermally broken; good thermal performance; unobtrusive; low air permeability; precision engineered aluminium and stainless steel components.
