Commercial front loading dishwasher COMENDA

This advanced remote diagnostic system enables the dishwasher, if any anomalies occur, to send by SMS, in real time and automatically, a coded alert to the appropriate technician. The feature is available for the FC series front loading dishwashers, the CE series hood type dishwashers, and the GE series washer. The new HPS CONNECT solution can record on a PC or on a memory unit (L-BOX) all the data of the wash cycle, which can also be used to compile the HACCP report, and can alert of any malfunctions. It therefore ensures new levels of efficiency and of safety, relieving operators and facility managers and helping the technical assistance service personnel to better perform their work. The information exchange system, by means of the GSM telephone network, is possible due to the integration of modem and SIM card, and therefore enriches the well known and reliable 'Hygiene Plus System' (HPS) electronic system with new connectivity functions - local and remote.
HPS CONNECT 1
The dishwasher is connected by means of a cable to a personal computer, which directly records all wash cycle data.
HPS CONNECT 2
The continuous recording of operating data of the dishwasher is performed by a memory unit (L-BOX) which is always active and that records the cycles performed. Subsequently the operator can transfer those data to a PC so as to compile the HACCP report, requiring a matter of seconds to transfer all the data needed. Authorized technicians can use the same data to diagnose dishwasher performance.
HPS CONNECT 3
The addition of a modem to the HPS CONNECT 2 solution enables automatic transmission of a technical assistance request directly to the service center by SMS.
