Facade woven wire fabric / square mesh
In this kind of weaving, single weft and warp wires alternate over and under. The mesh is formed by perfect right angles. If required, the weft wire may be pre-crimped. Unless otherwise specified, the cloths up to 8000 meshes per cm2 are made using plain weave. This is the most common weaving for most uses. Plain weave cloths may be supplied in rolls of various widths and lengths and in flat panels in different geometric shapes. It is possible to make them from all metal materials and alloys, that can be drawn into wire, such as for example: carbon steel, stainless steels, Nickel-Chromium alloys, pure metals.
