Description

KOKOTO : A High Efficiency, Glass Fronted Fireplace with Pebble Fire Basket. Operated by a easy manual control which is hidden behind the fascia. The KOKOTO has been created with energy saving and contemporary styling in mind. The fire has a large glamorous flame and is complemented by an 8pc ceramic pebble set which sits on a bed of lava stones. The 3.1kw gas fire has a CLASS 1 efficiency rating meaning that most of the heat generated is returned to the room and still reduces your energy bills. By replacing a standard 6kw hole in the wall open fronted fire with the KOKOTO you get 60% more heat in the room for 50% of the cost. Here’s why: 6kw Conventional fire – Running Cost = 27p/hour – heat in the room = 1.5kw 3.1kw KOKOTO fire – running cost = 14p/hour – heat in the room = 2.4kw. The fire is suitable for any home with an existing chimney or can be used in a new build with the optional flue box and a flue liner. Choose from black satin or stainless finishes. The fire is approved with a shelf above which will allow for a TV to be installed above if desired with careful planning. As this is a glass fronted fire there is no need for additional room ventilation. The fire is supplied with ceramic pebbles.“By installing a CVO High Efficiency Gas Fire a Customer reduced their overall gas bill by 46% saving £170 between January and April 2013.
