The CAST SLIT is a modern "Hole in the Wall" fireplace design with gentle curves creating an impression of a weightless flame floating and dancing in a black space. The living, open flame is enhanced with a ceramat burner which creates a sparkling and dramatic flame effect. The curved burner has minimal depth to suit most properties and is equally at home in a contemporary or traditional setting. The gas burner is CE approved, available for LPG or Natural Gas and can be purchased alone to fit existing installations or as a complete package with frameless enclosure, fascia trim and gather unit. There are many standard and bespoke design options available with the Cast Slit gas burner. We have a wide range of standard enclosures in either single side or double sided. The double sided fire can be supplied with glass panel on one side. Please read the technical information prior to ordering. Options (available at check out): Burner: Black Steel Burner Unit with manual control for either LPG or Natural Gas. This can be provided alone for installation into existing fireplaces. Enclosure: Black Steel single or double sided versions Fascia Trim: Choose from "Flat" or "Raised" Black or Stainless Steel, Limestone, Black Granite, Unfilled Travertine. Gather: The gather is specially designed to link the enclosure to a flue liner and has a 125mm spigot. We strongly advise buying the gather even if the fire is to be fitted into a brick built chimney. The gather will prevent debris falling into the opening from the chimney, stabalise the flame and maximise the efficiency.
