Wood veneered blockboards
The standard blockboard is a panel with a solid wood core, glued or not, overlaid with a cross grain rotary veneer or with an MDF or chipboard. This board is veneered by Decospan long grain (direction of the solid wood).
On request we can deliver poplar blockboards (core in poplar wood).
For light colour wood species we only veneer on a blockboard with MDF/chip top layer in order to prevent telegraphing. Decospan reserves the right to choose the correct blockboard for the right product.
