Housing: in sheet metal, 7/10 thick
Inner frame: in sheet metal, 10/1 thick.
SUPPORT STRUCTURE: in sheet metal, 20/10 thick.
Reflector: asymmetric, narrow beam, 99.99%, frosted.
Diffuser: tempered glass, 5 mm thick, resistant to thermal shock and impact (UNI En 12150-1:2001 tests). Hinge opening, quarter-turn locking system.
Coating: in several stages. Epoxy cationic electrocoating, resistant to corrosion and saline environments, followed by metal silver powder coating.
Lampholder: made of ceramic with silver-plated contacts.
Electric gear: 230V/50Hz power supply.
Flexible wire terminated with quick connect clamps in admiralty brass, fibreglass braid, 1 sq mm cross-section, 2P +T terminal block with maximum allowed lead cross-section of 2.5 sq mm.
Standard supply: the lighting fixture consists of a fixed two/three module support structure fitted with a chassis for the installation of a floodlight to allow a rotation of + o - 20° for each single floodlight, along the length and across the structure.
Electric gear fitted on the inside with removable quick connect protection screen.
Distribution box with socket-pin connectors for quick installation.
Equipment: silicone rubber gasket. Stainless steel external screws.
