BRESPA®-ISODECKEN DW Systembau

A technical simple and economically beneficial solution is the production of base slabs and crawl spaces with BRESPA®-Isodecken. In the plant, the floor is directly cast on the polystyrene-insulation. In doing so, the concrete and the polystyrene are jointed inseparably. Thus, fitting accuracy is guaranteed and sliding avoided. This fast construction method becomes even more interesting, the thicker the insulation is underneath the bottom slab and the more important thermal bridge free building envelopes become.

A new highly thermally insulated floor bearing made in cooperation with the company Schöck has been developed to provide not only load transfer but also to minimise heat loss in the bearing area.

BRESPA®-Isodecke is offered in 150 mm up to 260/270 mm thickness and insulation from 92 mm to 250 mm (maximum total thickness: 400 mm). You can choose from two designs.
