Solid floors can contain high point loadings and concentrated loads. They are suited for construction projects with the highest sound insulation requirements. Along with the development of tee beams and throughput systems the slabs allow production of simple and cost-efficient reinforced shear walls. Additional benefits are long spans with few beams and columns. The on schedule prefabrication in the plant, short assembly time and possibility of immediate work on and under the floor guarantee a fast construction progress.
BRESPA®-Massivdecke is available in 150 mm, 180 mm and 200 mm thickness and fire resistance classes of F30 and F90.
The continuous installation’s capacity per day with four workers and one tower crane is approximately 500 m2.
