Description
The new GT 17+17 is the new gas fryer without electrical supply and with dimension 700x700 mm. It is characterised by the AISI 304 stainless steel self-sustaining structure and the mpulded tank, without welding. It has handy mechanical controls for simple use and it is provided with its oil collecting bin. Possibility to quickly and easily dismount both the side panels for easy and quick maintenance. The new GT 17+17 completes the gas range of fryers without electrical supply (pilot flame with ignition by means of the electric piezo placed at the bottom of the machine.
