Elinca makes exclusively use of very high performance Fiber Optics to obtain the best lighting and chromatic results. It is advisable to use them mainly to illuminate one or several points at a comparatively close distance (1 to 8 metres) or to decorate even at higher distances. The glass fiber optic bundles have to be assembled and processed by Elinca, on specifications prepared by the customer, to be completed with a common connector and terminals (ferules). Glass fibers are normally more expensive than polymer fibers, they guarantee time-resistant to deterioration in quality of light, good flexibility and incombustibility.
