Elkay 'Lustertone' Custom Cabinet Sink Tops and Countertops are fabricated of 18* gauge nickel bearing stainless steel (type 304) bonded to, and reinforced with, 14 gauge steel plate and 3/4" x 3/4" x 1/8" angle iron.

Intersections where sink bowls meet drainboards are rounded to sanitary radii.

Drainboard, sink bowls, raised rims and backsplash are welded, ground and polished smooth to a one-piece seamless appearance.

All corners in sink bowls (horizontal and vertical) are rounded to 1 3/4" radii.

Drainboards have large, fan-shaped areas pitched to drain. To incorporate pitch, drainboard must be minimum 15" long.

Entire underside of sink top and bowl is sound deadened assuring quieter kitchens.

Superior surface finish and satin luster achieved through special hand polishing operations by master craftsmen.
