Technical description Comby can be fitted with a fryer with two frying baskets of 8+8 litres and uses 13,2 kW (11.352 kcal/h o 45038 BTU)supplied with Gas and two baskets of 10+10 litres and uses 6+6kW V400-415 supplied with electricity.



Professional transportable kitchen which offers various changeable possibilities and solutions. The two side compartements function as gas tank or general storage. Four sturdy caster wheels with breaks which allow the COMBY unit to be easily transported. The unit is designed for water (inflow/outflow), gas and electric connections.
