An effective cooling system is a prerequisite in modern day film extrusion processes. The ability to precisely control air temperature establishes fixed parameters for efficient management of the plant. Properly controlled cooling will increase extruder output in proportion to the reduction in air temperature providing, in some cases, up to 30% improvement in productivity.

ABF supplies air at a constant temperature independent of ambient conditions, with the possibility to regulate both the outgoing air temperature as well as the airflow.
AIR-RING: cooling is carried out with ABF
AIR-RING + IBC cooling is carried out with ABF-TWIN

ABF is normally supplied in the water condensed version. Air condensed units are available upon request ABF and ABF-TWIN are patented products within the European community.
