The UC series was designed in order to improve the characteristics and the quality of the air in residential/commercial surroundings and in the workplaces. The reduced thickness in height makes the unit suitable for the typical ceiling installation. The structure of the duct air handling units are made in galvanized sheet metal with 1 mm of thickness. They are available in different versions which provide different air flows. The absence of the ventilation fan makes it absolutely silent and applicable to duct ventilation and conditioning plants where the requirement to make a comfortable and clean environmental air is a real need for people who spend most of their time in indoor places. The infrared remote control, supplied as standard, is used to switch on and switch off the electrostatic filter. Thanks to the very low pressure drops and the high pollutant accumulation capacity, the UC Series guarantee extremely high filtration performances, energy saving and low running costs revealing itself the best solution for the abatement of airborn pollutants. All the electrostatic filters produced by Expansion Electronic use completely recyclable and regenerable materials. The UC series is an air purification system with active electrostatic filters of Expansion Electronic. Its efficiency is almost constant in the long term and is proportional to the amount of filtered particulate. The information managed by the electronic circuit is displayed via the control panel. Control panel on which the green LED indicates the correct operation of the machine, while the flashing blue LED indicates the saturation of the filter and therefore the need for maintenance.
