FAAC automatic barriers are an excellent solution for control of vehicle accesses in private, industrial and commercial areas. A wide range of products satisfies the broadest requirements in terms of entrance width and transit frequency: from the access of a condo parking area to the access point of a motorway.

The core of FAAC barrier range consists of four models: 615 for medium transit frequency applications, 620 for intense traffic accesses, 640 for intense traffic management in large industrial accesses, and 642 that provides high resistance to any type of aggressive environments through its rugged stainless steel hood.

Other three versions of the 615 and 620 models complete the range: 615 R (Rapid), 620 R and 620SR (Super Rapid), ideal for applications requiring very short opening times (e.g. parking areas, motorways).

All FAAC barriers are based on hydraulic technology that ensures very high performances, reliability, and very long product life. Unlike electro-mechanical barriers, hydraulic barriers have fewer gears, and the wear is considerably reduced by the use of a fluid (oil) as a lubricant.

Since 1993, FAAC’s quality and reliability are recognized by Società Autostrade SpA, administrator of the Italian highway network, which has selected FAAC high performance automatic barriers for all its tollbooths.
