FARAL's Longo 80 radiator is a heating unit made of die-cast aluminium. It is manufactured in two or three modular sections which can be assembled using steel nipples and special O-rings. It is suitable for installation in both centralised or autonomous water-heating systems. The raw materials used for the production of FARAL Longo 80 radiators are aluminium alloys which have been specifically developed for manufacturing complex components. The FARAL Longo 80 radiator's special section is obtained by assembling two die-cast terminal manifolds to a central extruded aluminium profile. Special anaerobic resins are used to connect these three base components. The consistent quality of the seam is constantly monitored by means of strict checks which are carried out on each manufactured piece, in accordance with the EN 422-1 standard.
