The C2X floor boxes, suitable for installation in concrete floors, are the ideal solution forthe most demanding customers who require functional, aesthetic and cost-effective floor boxes. The shallow design box (3 5/16' -84 mm), configurable with multiple faceplates and the Fit-IN modular system, provides a smart choice for most concrete floor projects. The cover is available in brass, stainless steel and black painted steel with several options such as beveled flange, straight edges, flat or recessed.. The recessed surface is 7/16" (12 mm) deep to permit the installation of carpet, terrazzo, tile etc. The cover also features two retractable handles which facilitate access to services and two cable guards to protect cables and reduce risk of damage to all incoming and outgoing cables. The floor boxes are suitable for installation in concrete floors - interior, dry locations only where the accumulation of scrub water is unlikely to occur
