The Step safety project vinyl collection is available in 8 different ranges, all adapted to meet different anti slip requirements for flooring. Surestep Original and Safestep achieve their slip resistance by incorporating into the wear layer either quartz, or carborundum grains, or a combination of the two. Clarity in designs, such as Surestep Wood, Stone, Star and Colour, is achieved by using aluminium oxide, also having the same hardness. The result is safety flooring that is tough, long lasting and extremely wear resistant. All particles are so hard that they cannot wear, providing slip resistance that lasts throughout the life of the floor.
