tubed pile at widened base, patented system
The pile is made by beating of a steel tube closed by the gravel of beating. The segments of the various tubes are welded. With the level of sitted the gravel of beating and the no-slump concrete are used to form the widened base.
Property:
* possible not-concreted length
* diameter of the barrel following the tubes available (normally of 220mm with 507mm).
* the diameter of the base is determined by the quantity of no-slump concrete used (normally diameter of the barrel + 200 with 250mm)
* pious tilted from +1/3 to -1/4
* repression of ground
* bearing load until 2000kN
Scope of application:
* pious under reduced height (starting from 2.2m) from where reduced workspace
* reduced vibrations (to beat in the tube causes less vibrations than to beat a tube at the head tube)
* aggressive ground, water current in the ground (the tube protects the run concrete)
* economy thanks to a length reduced by widened base (level of higher sitted)
* begun again tractive efforts
* if it ya of the risks to cross cavities in the ground or in the event of the very soft grounds (risk to lose the cast concrete)
underwater work: the piles can be finished higher of the level of water
