"Pressurized Concrete Screw crushes", pile carried out using a continuous spiral around a tube of 15cm of diameter, concreted using a concrete pump under pressure.
Characteristics:
the concreting under pressure and the large couple of the machines avoid the risk of relieving of the ground (pile CFA traditional)
without vibrations and low sound level
possibility of crossing hard layers (gravel or sand qc>15MPa)
diameters starting from 250mm until 1200mm
quality control per electronic system of monitoring (Lutz)
Scope of application:
to cross hard layers
pseudo walls tangent
like alternative of the drilled piles of large diameter
drainage of grounds after drilling (considerable quantities)
