It is a natural fire retardant lichen that can be used only indoors, and must be guaranteed an environment with a relative humidity of above 35%. That said, it does not need any maintenance at all ! The color – which is determined during the preservation stage – does not contain any harmful toxic or noxious substances and does not discolor with time.
