Doormat especially designed for extremely high frequented foot traffic or trolley movement such as supermarkets, department stores or airport terminals. Recommended for fully covered entrances. The mat could also be crossed by a fork lift or other mechanical means of transport. Sturdy, easy to roll up and clean. Characteristics • Approx. 3 mm thick warp resistant aluminium profiles • Connecting of the elements: steel flex with PVC sheath • Fixing: aluminium inserts and screws (AISI 316) • Base of mat is mechanically fitted with rubber inserts for noise reduction • Fabric: 100% UV resistant polypropylene • R11 anti-slip characteristics according to DIN 51130 regulation • Profiles heights: 22 mm, 27 mm and 42 mm • Profiles spacing: 5 mm (rubber spacer) • Production: available in any given dimensions for length of aluprofiles (left to right) and walking direction (front to back) without compensation profile • Indentations, diagonal or circular shaping can be performed to sketch or template, at an extra cost • On request: aluminium strips treated with powder paint in the RAL colour range.
