Electric/gas oven for suckling pig-type dishes with 1 or more independently-operated or combined cooking chambers.

External OVEN features
Structure made using sheet metal and painted edges.
Front panel in stainless steel. Stainless steel tapered swing door with side hinge and double layer of tempered glass.

COOKING CHAMBER internal features
Stainless steel chamber with water drainage outlet (used when the chamber is cleaned).

Operation and control
Heating provided by iron-plated elements positioned outside the chamber, in the Top panel, the Bedplate and the Side panels. Digital electronic temperature control with independent Top panel power adjustment.
