The use of Mod. C98, due to its capacity and washing power,
is particularly suitable for pastryshop, bakery, gastronomy
and ice cream environment.
Machine housing in satin finished stainless steel 18/10 (AISI
304). Rotating upper and lower 4 spoke wash arms made in
stainless steel 18/10 (AISI 304). Rotating upper and lower 2
spoke rinse arms in stainless steel 18/10 (AISI 304). Stainless
steel boiler with Incoloy heating elements. Rinse booster
pump guarantees perfect final rinse.
Tank filter covering whole tank surface and pump suction
filter easily removable for end of the day cleaning. Cycle
stop door microswitch in case of door opening during cycle.
Completely automatic: simple selection of the main switch
activates all functions, from filling to heating, keeping the
machine ready for use in every moment during working
hours.
